Batchillo

A macro meal planner that cooks for everyone’s goals at once

Set each person’s weight, goal and target weight. Batchillo works out daily calories and protein, then sizes every portion of the same batch-cooked meals to fit — no separate dinners for the person cutting and the person bulking.

A planned week: lunches and dinners with calories per meal

How it works

  1. Set the goal

Lose, maintain or gain, with an optional target weight and timeline in weeks.

  2. Get the targets

Daily calories from a standard energy equation (Mifflin–St Jeor) and your activity level, plus a protein target. You can override the calories.

  3. Plan the week

Meals are chosen to reach the targets with real food, not shakes — and batch cooked together.

  4. Eat the right portion

Each box shows who it is for and what it holds: calories and protein per meal.

What you get

For people who track macros or calories, gym-goers who want high-protein meal prep, and anyone working towards a weight goal who would rather cook once than count every day.

Questions

What is a macro meal planner?

A meal planner that builds menus around calorie and macronutrient targets — especially protein — instead of recipes alone.

How are my calories calculated?

From weight, height, age, sex and activity level with the Mifflin–St Jeor equation, then adjusted for your goal. You can set your own number instead.

Can I meal prep for weight loss?

Yes. Choose “lose” and a target weight; your portions are sized to the lower calorie target while you eat the same meals as the rest of the house.

Where does the nutrition data come from?

From the USDA food database and from product labels. Recipes are only saved when every ingredient is known.

Is this medical or dietary advice?

No. Batchillo is a planning tool. For medical conditions or specific diets, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian.
