The meal prep planner that plans the cooking, not just the menu
Batchillo picks a varied week of meals that share the same few cooked components, so one session in the kitchen covers lunches and dinners for everyone at home — each portion sized to that person’s calories and protein.

How it works
-
Add the people you cook for
Weight, height, age, activity and goal. Batchillo works out daily calories and protein for each person.
-
Say what you eat
Allergies and ingredients to avoid, the proteins you like, how many days to plan (1 to 14) and how often a recipe may repeat.
-
Generate the week
Meals are chosen together so they reuse the same batches — rice, roast vegetables, a tomato base — and there is less to cook.
-
Shop, cook, pack
One shopping list, then a guided session with the steps in order, timers, and boxes labelled for each person and day.
What you get
-
Batch-friendly menus
Recipes are picked as a set, not one by one: dishes that share boiled rice, roast onion or a tomato sauce cook as one batch.
-
A portion for each person
Same pot, different box sizes: every portion fits that person’s calorie and protein target.
-
Shopping list for the week
Totals for every ingredient, grouped by aisle, in grams or kitchen measures — eggs, garlic cloves and onions in units.
-
Guided prep session
A task list that keeps the oven, the hob and you busy at the same time, with built-in timers.
-
Fridge and freezer plan
You set how many days food keeps in your fridge; meals for later in the week go to the freezer.
-
On your phone
Add it to the home screen on Android or iPhone. Available in English and Portuguese, with metric or US units.
Made for people who cook on Sunday and want the week sorted: busy professionals, couples and families with different goals, and anyone counting protein without wanting to cook three separate dinners.
Questions
What is a meal prep planner?
A tool that decides what you will eat over the coming days and turns it into a plan you can cook ahead: a menu, a shopping list and a cooking schedule. Batchillo also sizes each portion for the person who will eat it.
Is Batchillo free?
Yes. Planning, the shopping list and the guided cooking session are free. You only need an account (email) to save your own week and sync it between devices.
Can I plan for people with different calorie goals?
Yes — that is the point. Everyone eats the same meals; each person gets a box sized to their own calories and protein.
How many days can I plan?
From 1 to 14 days, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You choose which meals each person shares.
What about allergies and foods I don’t eat?
Allergens and excluded ingredients are removed before the menu is built. They are hard rules: a better-looking menu never brings them back.
Can I add my own recipes?
Yes. Paste a recipe link or text, or write it yourself. Nutrition is calculated from known ingredient data, never guessed.
